Introducing... Karine Bizi-Bordon

I have been scrapbooking since January 2005, after buying a women's magazine by chance. I came across an article about scrapbooking and then it was too late... I was in a hurry to go back home because I knew this hobby was passionately for me. My favorite style seems to be modern Shabby and definitively recycling scrapbooking... Anyway it is emotional scrapbooking - that's for sure! My favorite products are wood, waste paper, walnut stain and sandpaper, black ink, black pen. A means of expression, a passion, a pretext for DIY, antiquing and garage sales, I experience scrapbooking as a moment of very personal refocusing. I have been in the DT for 7 years. I teach workshops, I organize crops for the SCRAPBOOKING06 club on the French Riviera.
To finish, I must also say that I have a great family and I am the happy mom of Cannelle you will see on many of my layouts and who inspires me by her rich personality. Completely passionate about sports, especially those out in the nature, I juggle all these essentials as much as possible! On the other side I am not at all active on blogs and social networks - do not have any time... or probably wish to remain discreet. They are never up to date! Sorry about that...

Editor's note: Watch our blog and Facebook page tomorrow!

Introducing... Julie Alvarez

My name is Julie Alvarez (alias miniMlescrap on the web). I have been scrapbooking for over 6 years. I live in the Isère region with my DH and our baby boy, Ilyes, 7 months old, who is my favorite model!

I'm a new member of the DT, but you have already seen my layouts several times in the magazine gallery. My style is definitely Freestyle! What I love are stains, splodging with a romantic touch, once in a while! I love details, stitching and a little bit of shining in my layouts...

Introducing... Véronique Chapuis.

My name is Véronique. I have always practiced arts (piano, saxophone, mandolin, painting...). But discovering scrapbooking in 2003 was totally magical! As I work in finance, scrapbooking allows me to see and bring poetry in my daily life. My daughter Maléna is my favorite topic!

I have been in the DT since May 2006... time goes by so fast! I do not have any favorite style. The most important to me is the choice of colors, papers and embellishments so that the picture is highlighted. Materials, such as wood, wool or felt are often my best allies to bring volume to the layout and give it more life. When I make a layout, I try to recreate an atmosphere especially around the photo, a bit like a theater stage set.

Introducing... Stéphanie Leschiera

Stéphanie, alias Stef, lives in Strasbourg with her children. She fell into the “scrapbooking pot” in 2005 and since she keeps having fun with this so rich and varied creative hobby! She also loves gardening, sewing, knitting, crocheting... To her, creating is a way to feel good! She joined the DT in August 2010 and it represents a great creative adventure for her! As she is very curious, she likes to try all kind of styles and she does not really have a favorite one! However, there are some invariants in her way of scrapbooking including the quasi-systematic presence of hand-written journaling.

Introducing...Ula Kopciewska

Hi! My name is Ula alias Ulietta. I live in the coldest part of Poland, where I'm growing lavender. Living in the country, in the closness of nature is a big inspiration for me. Scrapbooking is my hobby since 2009. I'm mixing different styles. I like to use paints, to sew and add recycling goodies to my works. I was invited to join HDP DT in January this year. I'm very happy that girls decided to release issues also in English.

Introducing... Pascale Penin

Pascale has been scrapbooking for over 12 years now. Even though her productivity has dropped significantly over the past two years, partly because of her passion for creating photo-books, that require a lot of time for their completion, she still enjoys scrapping from time to time!
She has been a member of the DT since Spring 2009. Her style is graphic and clean. Although she loves layouts with strokes of paint, she always comes back to Clean & Simple... sometimes a little bit busier!

Introducing... Nelly Togbé

My name is Nelly, alias Nelloo. I live in the Paris region with my boyfriend and our cat. I discovered scrapbooking about 10 years ago when there was only Canson paper and small punches, and I started learning techniques in Histoires de Pages! I have many passions and occupations: between scrapbooking, knitting, crocheting, traveling, cooking, reading, crafts and a more than full time work, I never have enough with 24 hours! All these occupations are regularly immortalized with a gadget I cannot live without: my smartphone and related applications (!). This allows me to regularly scrap details of our daily lives.
I have been in the DT since 2009, 4 years ago - how time flies! I do not like to limit myself so I often try different styles, but I usually create layouts with bright colors, playing with materials and volumes.
